 Please note we cannot guarantee availability based on your preferred arrival and departure dates since we have to contact Vidanta for availability before booking.

• We will reply quickly with availability and information on finalizing your booking.

• 50% payment is due at the time of the Reservation. 
• The full payment is due after the rental confirmation number is sent to the guest.
• A guest letter will be sent to the renter after the final payment has been received.
• The balance is due at least 95 days before the week rented. If payment is not received, the reservation shall be canceled as a cancellation. See cancellation policy. 
• The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property.
• The only additional room charge is a $20 to $100 tax for the entire week.

• Cancellations:  If the cancellation notice is received by us at least 95 days before the check-in date, a full refund (less the processing fee -- see below) will be issued.
• All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $500/unit/week for Estates units and $200 unit/week of all others.
• Cancellations at or after the 95th day prior to the check-in date are not refundable.
